               
The San Antonio Metropolitan Youth Soccer Institute (SAMYS), is an all-volunteer ยง501(c)(3) nonprofit charity. SAMYS was formed in 1998 to build better soccer facilities in the San Antonio metro area and has evolved into a staunch grassroots soccer leadership group. SAMYS is recognized as a premier sports facility development and event management organization with extensive experience in developing projects in all facets of the sport. SAMYS develops youth soccer complexes, advises municipalities on the direct economic impact of soccer-related events and helps raise money for soccer ventures. SAMYS consists of professionals from the corporate, financial, economic development, urban planning, architectural, marketing, public relations, technology, and entrepreneurial sectors.
